Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse a request if it makes me uncomfortable.

I will not draw Explicit NSFW, Excessive Gore, MECHA, or Offensive/Discriminatory Subjects.

The artwork will be drawn in my style. Do not request me to imitate or draw in a different style. (Please see Samples for reference.)

Standard communication will be via email, but it is up to the customer to choose where they prefer.

Payment will be paid full upfront via Paypal before the artist starts working on the commission. Commission Price may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

There will be a 65% fee of the commission price for any additional character. Maximum of 3 characters for any given commission.

Any major revisions requested after the main sketch has been approved will be charged with a 25-50% revision fee. Price will vary depending on the complexity of revision.

The commission is non-refundable. You can only cancel your commission before payment.

Depending on the order, it can take 2 weeks to 2 months to finish.

Updates will be made via email and Trello.

For any unseen circumstances that may delay the commission, you will be informed via email along with the estimated time I will be able to continue and finish the artwork.

For Trello, clients will be referred with their preferred name in the commission tracker.

You may not use this commission for any NFT/Image Generation AI Project.

Commissions are for personal use only.

I reserve the right to the final artwork. I can use the commission for my portfolio/promotional materials.
